Shipping

We currently ship to anywhere within the contiguous United States.  We will ship orders via United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on the most efficient carrier at the time of your order. 

Orders will be placed with standard shipping and typically arrive in 3-5 business days.  We will send you an email when your order has shipped.  Express shipping and shipping outside of the contiguous United States may be requested by sending an email to info@sweetessentialsboutique.com.

   

Returns

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your order.  Please email returns@sweetessentialsboutique.com with the item you wish to return, your order number, and the reason for your return.  We will then send you the return address and authorization number.

All items must be returned unworn, unused, and undamaged with original tags and packaging.  The customer is responsible for shipping back the returned items and we encourage using a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx.  The original shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping cost. 

Please allow 10 business days upon arrival of your shipment for your refund to be processed.  We will send you an email when this process is complete.
